Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12
  • LLB
  • Admission as an attorney
  • Membership with the Legal Practice Council (formerly the Law Society)
  • Minimum of 8 years of managerial experience in a legal environment
  • Medical Scheme industry experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive legal support and advisory services.
  • Oversee compliance programs and manage all legal and compliance concerns.
  • Assist the executive team with risk management and governance matters.
  • Handle litigation on behalf of the organization.
  • Assist with policy development in line with legislation.
