As a Legal Counsel, you will play a vital role in providing expert legal advice and support to our clients.Your responsibilities as a Legal Counsel will include drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be involved in negotiating agreements and managing legal disputes.We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work collaboratively with our clients and team members.   • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in a reputed law firm or corporate legal department
  • LLB degree from an accredited law school
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial transactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Admitted attorney
