Job Description
Job Summary Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with LLB Degree and at least 2 years post admission experience Admission as an attorney is essential and conveyancing experience advantageous Good communication skills and good with planning / organizing Candidate must be resident in the Cape Town area The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Drafting legal documents Registration and cancellation if securities and conditions on approved business loans, and identifying potential business risks Liaising with clients and attorney, auditors / insurance brokers in process of implementing business loans Scrutinizing agreement and other legal documents and structuring of loan term sheets General legal advice and guidance, including research topics Salary: Market relatedSheldon Recruitment and SelectionRecruiter
