Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in same or similar role in a Corporate Environment
• BCom Law, LLB or similar qualification essential
• Strong working experience in Contract | Legal Documentation drafting and reviewing
• Company Secretary and Corporate Legal advice duties
• POPI regulations implementation and management
• Must be able to work in a high pressure, Automotive Manufacturer environment
• Strong, stable track record and contactable references
• Must be able to travel

Salary Structure:

• Negotiable Basic Salary, based on experience
