Job Summary The purpose of the role is to run a highly efficient office with effective administration systems/processes. The ideal candidate is organised, task-orientated and has the ability to able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast growing environment. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Matric A secretarial qualification/diploma is advantageous 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Insolvency or Litigation experience in a high paced practice is essential Possess well developed interpersonal and communications skills, including a professional telephone etiquette A team player, professional, flexible and friendly disposition Be proficient in office administration and the relevant computer software packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Outlook , Excel, PowerPoint and accounts package (3E) Sound secretarial skills with the ability to display initiative. Strong administrative skills. You need to be a proven team player, professional, flexible and friendly The ability to work and cope under pressure deadline driven To be proactive in offering assistance and follow ups A high standard of efficiency and turnaround time for handling tasks, dealing with people and creating a general professional atmosphere
