Job Description


Job title: Legal Secretary/Paralegal

Our client, based in Sandton Johannesburg, is looking to hire a Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join their consulting firm as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our legal team by providing administrative assistance and contributing to the efficient functioning of our legal department.
  • Assisting with legal research and document preparation.
  • Drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
  • Managing and organizing legal files and documentation.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, court appearances, and travel arrangements for legal professionals.
  • Maintaining communication with clients, attorneys, and other professionals.
  • Handling administrative tasks
Qualifications and Experience required:
  • A relevant legal qualification or degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UK or US legal procedures and documentation.
  • Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal.
This position is based in office and is full time, Monday-Friday.

Starting date: As soon as possible

Location: Sandton, Johannesburg

Salary: R25 000-R30 000
