In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice, managing all contractual and legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your responsibilities will include vetting and screening all leases, drafting correspondence of a legal nature, and advising on all legal issues pertinent to the real estate operations of the company. This role is critical in ensuring that the company's real estate transactions are legally sound and strategically advantageous.The ideal candidate will hold a legal qualification at degree level. You should have at least 10 years of post-admission experience, with a minimum of 5 years spent within the retail property sector. Your expertise in commercial property contracts and leasing will be highly beneficial. This position demands a professional with a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of the legalities involved in large-scale real estate operations.
