Western Cape, CPT - CBDMonthly Cost To Company (Market related)Level-1 IT Field Service Technician -Maitland, Cape Town.Our client, a leaders in Business Infrastructure and Technology Solutions, is currently looking to employ a Level-1 IT Field Service Technician.Purpose: Provide basic technical support and assistance to end-users or clients in an on-site.Requirements:
- Relevant IT qualification.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., IP addresses, DNS, DHCP).
- Provide basic technical support and assistance to end-users or clients in an on-site.
