Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 remote support to international customers
Support of Servers, PCs, Laptops and peripherals including network connectivity, email, printing etc.
Support for Microsoft Cloud suite
Document and implement newly developed fixes/procedures
Management of backup strategies, DR and Business Continuity plans for customers
Perform security audits for customers
Assist with escalations from Support Team
Liaising and working with third party vendor support to resolve customer problems
Ensure technical documentation is up to date
Continuous training and development particularly on Microsoft technologies
Experience & Qualification
5-10 year's experience in a similar role preferred
Broad and deep technical knowledge of multiple technologies.
Microsoft or other industry certifications preferred (e.g. MCSE, M365, Azure)
Solid Microsoft Server knowledge and experience
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies including Microsoft 365, Entra & Co-Pilot
In-depth knowledge and experience of network technologies e.g. switches, wireless and firewalls
Experience with data backups, disaster recovery and business continuity
Experience collaborating with third party vendor support to resolve customer issues.
Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify, analyse, and effectively solve complex technical problems
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Fluency in English is a requirement
