Job Description

Our Client in the Bellville (Cape Town) area is seeking of LGP Network Project Managers to start immediately -Development of LGP at Retail Service Stations.Reporting and Monitoring of KPIsLead the implementation of the Retail Network Sales Strategy. Candidate will be responsible for the definition of the targets for the individual retail service station in alignment with company objectives.

• Investigate current challenges and constraints by dealers and make recommendations for corrective actions.
• Responsible for Network segmentation process (volume potential, distance and approve storage limits)
• Together with sales team - will track the Win Back of Network service stations and monitor.
• Report on end-use consumptions per service station.
• Evaluates and monitors the performance of the retail Service Station Network Objectives directly supplied and evaluate against the POS data .
• Evaluates and monitors the performance of the retail Service Station Network Objectives supplied by independent dealers and evaluate against POS data.
• Reporting on competitor cylinders at service stations

Back Office

• Track the contract execution at the Copmpanies service station and report on addendums signed.
• Monitor and report on validity of fire license and /or flammable liquid licenses for all service stations.
• Lead the review of the Companies contracts for dealers supplying service stations.
• Coordinates the efforts of ensuring Companies safety for the Service Station Network ( bi-law adherence , storage limits for cages etc.

Marketing and Development of LPG in the Retail Network

• Organises and coordinates the effort to promote company brand image and implement marketing Activities on the network.
• He reports the Retail Network development activities to a monthly development committee.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business or related field
• 5 Years + working experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI
• High Analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with cross functional teams.
