Establish monthly routines with existing license customers for S&OP and commercial activities.
Maintain, update, and negotiate existing license contracts.
Actively pursue business development opportunities for cross-brew/license and export ventures.
Support due diligence of new license customers and identify synergies across Africa.
Export Management:
Actively manage existing export customers, establishing regular routines for S&OP and commercial activities.
Maintain a database of customers and markets for expansion and licensing opportunities.
Ensure end-to-end tracking process for indirect customers and control accounts receivable.
Collaborate with PPM and credit teams to mitigate credit risks and optimize financial performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with RTM & TM, zone HE/premium teams, and license partners for effective positioning and execution.
Implement performance metrics for distributors and sales teams to drive results.
Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a similar role within Sales and/or Trade Marketing.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive ROI.
Cross-functional collaboration skills and stakeholder management expertise.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in French is a bonus, but not required.
