Job Description
Our client in the Hospitality industry is currently looking for a Line Cook, in Mhluzi, Middelburg.Responsibilities:
- Ensure food presentation meets quality standards.
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items as per standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in food storage and inventory management.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- 3-5 years as a Line Cook.
- Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts (preferred)
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certification.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Attention to detail in food presentation.
- Up to R8000 per month.
