Job Title:Litigation AttorneyQualification:Matric / LLBMinimum Requirements:3-6 years post admission.Drafting various legal document in relation to General Litigation.General litigation and court appearance.Civil claims and criminal litigation.Bail applications/ hearings.Drafting representations.Trial attendance.Mitigation of sentence.Drafting summons, pleadings, notices, and affidavits.Drafting and enforcement of contracts.Attending to divorce and family law matters.Briefing counsels.Providing accurate, timely and effective legal advice to clients.Attending court and trials as well as pre-trial meetings.
