SUMMARY:
-POSITION INFO:REQUIREMENTS
- Affirmative Action South African Citizen
- National Diploma/ B.Com with Accounting 3
- 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good SAP proficiency
- Processing of invoices, debit notes and credit notes for goods and services
- Ensure documentation meets SARS requirements
- Ensure that input VAT is claimed correctly
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Analysing outstanding items
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Obtaining approvals when required
- Verifying supplier
- Submitting forecast information
- Meeting month-end and year-end deadlines
