Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with the Production, Traffic, and Designers to ensure that briefs are submitted professionally, complete with all necessary information to execute tasks effectively.
Cross-Team Communication:
Act as a liaison between franchisees and the broader Marketing team. Ensure alignment with brand strategy and consistent flow of information through regular status meetings.
Toolkit Development & Customisation
National Campaign Adaptation:
Develop toolkits to localise national campaigns for individual stores and regions, ensuring that messaging is relevant to the local market.
Bespoke Solutions:
Create customised toolkits to address specific franchisee needs, such as driving brand awareness, consideration, and conversion within their markets.
Franchisee Support
Regional Business Support:
Provide ongoing support to franchisees in addressing local business challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.
Franchisee Engagement:
Conduct regular visits to franchisee locations, building relationships and offering actionable marketing insights.
Campaign Advice:

Campaign Management & Execution
Production & Briefing:
Facilitate the design and production of POS, advertising, and other marketing materials for local stores. Ensure all jobs are accurately briefed through Magnetic (the briefing tool) and tracked through to completion.
Material Distribution:
Coordinate the packaging and dispatch of marketing materials from the Head Office or Spur decor to local stores as needed.
Social Media:
Review and approve social media content for restaurants on the GoReview/Go Social platforms.
Performance Reporting:
Track and report on the performance of local store marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to the marketing team, operations, and franchisees.
Asset Hub Content Management
Content Maintenance:
Regularly check and update the Asset Hub platform, ensuring all artwork is relevant and up-to-date.
New Content Briefing:
Liaise with the studio and the local and brand teams to create new, engaging content for franchisees to use.
Content Uploading:
Ensure that the latest content is consistently uploaded to the platform for easy access by franchisees.
General Brand & Administrative Support
Invoice Management:
Ensure all invoices are checked, signed, coded, and submitted on time to avoid delays in the payment process.
Magnetic Briefing System:
Ensure the effective use of the Magnetic system to brief all jobs, track progress, and ensure timely billing of tasks.
Operations Insight:
Maintain a strong understanding of Spur's operations to implement practical and actionable insights in all marketing initiatives.
Customer Service Coordination:
Ensure that relevant and timely information is updated in DSG to assist the call centre team in providing accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Brand/Marketing Manager Support
Ad-hoc Marketing Support:
Assist the Brand/Marketing Manager with various tasks as needed to help develop and grow the brand.
Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitor activity and provide regular updates to the Brand/Marketing Manager.
Segment Planning:
Collaborate with the brand team to develop segment-specific marketing plans and initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements
