This role offers a great opportunity to manage guest relations and lodge operations in a stunning setting in Limpopo Province. The position can be filled by an individual or as a couple, offering flexibility and a unique working environment.DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, managing guest interactions, and overseeing the lodgexe2x80x99s activities. Your duties will include handling guest enquiries, coordinating lodge staff, and maintaining the high service standards expected in a luxury environment.The position can be filled in several ways:

• A couple, with one individual taking the Lodge Anchor/FOH/Duty Manager position and the other working in Maintenance.
• A couple, where one individual fills the Lodge Anchor/FOH/Duty Manager role and the other takes on a Junior Guide (Level 1 minimum).
• A single individual filling the Lodge Anchor/FOH/Duty Manager role, with the possibility of taking on an Assistant Manager position.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role, with a focus on guest service and lodge operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Junior Guide Level 1 certification (if applying for the Junior Guide role).
• Valid driverxe2x80x99s license and own transport.
• Flexibility to take on additional roles as required.
