Our client, a prestigious safari lodge, is seeking a dynamic management couple to oversee the daily operations of their luxury lodge. This is a live-in position offering competitive compensation based on experience, with a unique work schedule of 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off.DescriptionAs a Lodge Management Couple, you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the lodge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. Your duties will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
• Managing and supervising lodge staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Maintaining high standards of service and hospitality to exceed guest expectations.
• Managing lodge finances, budgets, and inventory control.
• Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Dealing with Trade Unions and addressing any labor-related issues that may arise.
• Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and improvement.

• Both individuals must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing safari lodges in the Greater Kruger area.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Experience dealing with Trade Unions and labor-related matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving operational excellence.
• Ability to work and live in a remote, safari lodge environment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule of 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
