LODGE MANAGER (4/5 STAR) MPUMALANGAJob SummaryRequirements:Work Cycle: 6 weeks on, 2 weeks offMatric certificate (Grade 12); relevant hospitality qualifications preferred.35 years of managerial experience in a 4- or 5-star lodge.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric approach.Financial management experience, including budgeting and cost control.Knowledge of lodge reservation systems is an advantage.First Aid certification is beneficial.
