Job Description


  • Guest Services:
  • Ensure guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise lodge staff.
  • Create work schedules and manage team performance.
  • Operations Oversight:
  • Oversee daily lodge operations including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
  • Ensure all facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor budgets, control expenses, and manage bookings.
  • Prepare financial reports and ensure profitability.
  • Marketing and Sales:
  • Promote the lodge through various marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with travel agents and tourism boards to increase occupancy.
  • Inventory and Supplies:
  • Manage ordering and stock of lodge supplies (linen, food, cleaning products, etc.).
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure the lodge adheres to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
