Lodge Manager
Job Description
Performing split shifts as required.
Single status preferred.
Proven experience in managing luxury lodges.
Strong food and beverage knowledge.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent hosting and hospitality skills.
Young, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
Willingness to perform split shifts daily.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Butler Certification highly preferred.
Must have experience in ultra-luxury properties, villas, or managing a high-net-worth individual's private home, with expertise in refined service and discretion.
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with high standards for housekeeping and property maintenance, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
Exceptional Food & Beverage knowledge essential and accustomed to high levels of service.
Passionate in creating a memorable experience for individual guests and exceeding service delivery standards.
Ability to work under pressure.
Valid drivers license is essential.
