Job Description


Job Summary Candidate requirements;

  • Grade 12 essential, preferably with tertiary education in tourism/hospitality
  • Previous experience in a supervisory level is essential
  • Previous experience in a lodge based setting is essential
  • Must be extroverted, with a guest focused mindset
  • Lateral thinking ability
  • Great staff management skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Exeprence using Nightsbridge preferred
  • Basic maintenance knowledge preferred
Candidate responsibilities;
  • Daily morning meetings
  • Day Sheets
  • Admin
  • Orders
  • Stock control
  • Budgeting
  • Creating and maintaining SOPs
  • On the job staff training
  • Reservations
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Reporting to board of directors at monthly board meetings
  • Taking minutes at board meetings
  • Maintaining shift and leave schedules
  • Menu Planning
  • Guest relations
  • Room Checks
  • Check Ins
  • Check Outs
