An exclusive-use house at a 5-star lodge near Hluhluwe is looking for an experienced lodge manager.Experience required:Knowledge or experience in running a lodge/camp as well as previous experience in the hospitality industryHotel Management Degree or equivalent beneficialManagement skillsUnderstand and manage budgets, GPs and financesThe ability to coordinate the day-to-day operations of a camp to provide superior service and quality to the guestsValid South African drivers licenceDuties include:Quality ControlProblem-solvingCommunicate with staff and other departmentsGuest SatisfactionImplement and Follow the BOPSManaging stock controlManaging Bar service and controlManagement of guest activitiesManagement of guest experienceOverall hospitality and foodOverseeing general appearance and management of maintenance issuesDrive community development projectsUnderstand and manage budgetsKnowledge and understanding of PAN StratCo-ordinate staff and equipmentTraining of the StaffStaff Skills Development
