Job Description


Job Summary Candidate requirements:

  • Hospitality related qualification beneficial
  • Proven experience at a lodge or bush camp, especially in managing staff
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to train staff and lead them effectively
  • The ability to manage and oversee all departments
  • Excellent admin and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • A hands-on manager with great leadership skills
  • Experience in working with Food and Beverage, Guiding or Maintenance would be advantageous
  • Reservations knowledge and the ability to create itineraries would be a great advantage
