Minimum 5 years of 4/5 star hotel/lodge management experience.
Professional demeanor, mature, and well-presented.
Strong interest/experience in nature/activities.
Must have own transport and driving/license.
Knowledgeable in kitchen operations and wine and food.
Exceptional skills in staff and guest relations.
Ability to multitask, adapt to changing business needs, and think on your feet.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High focus on attention to details.
Must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit.
No 9 to 5 mentality. Hands on.
Constant Liaison with guests & hosting guests
Basic Description

Health and safety Compliance: oversee security, health, and safety, adhering to all company procedures.
Budget Management: implement and control budgetary systems alongside management.
Strategic Planning: proactively plan for smooth lodge operations.
Maintenance and Operations: ensure the lodge, back-of-house operations, staff housing maintain consistent high standards and run effectively.
