A Luxurious Safari Lodge is looking for a LODGE RESIDENT MANAGER to join their teamCandidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Have a minimum of 5 years working experience as a General Manager or a Resident Manager
At least 5 years in a leadership role in Food and Beverage
Valid Driver's license and own vehicle
A good track record of managing lodge operations and guest relations
Must have strong leadership skills. Must be able to inspire and motivate your team
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have good problem-solving skills
Must have good knowledge of financial management and budgeting
Must have good working knowledge of industry-specific software and systems

This is a live-in position with meals when on duty
