SPA MANAGER (this role is treatment-based)
LOCATION: 5-star Lodge @ Pilanesberg - North West Province, ZA
START: March 2024 / ASAP
REPORT TO: Spa Director / Lodge GM
CONTRACT: Full Time (3-month probation period applies)
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Spa Manager administers professional Therapies to our guests. They must possess a thorough knowledge of the Spa and Wellness industry

- Work Cycle: 3 weeks ON / 1 week OFF
- OR, 1 day off for every 3 days work (depending on operational needs)
- R10,000 per month (Gross)
- Treatment Commission 10%
- Retail Commission 10%
- Performance Incentives
- Company accommodation (single occupation only)
- Daily Staff Meal whilst on duty
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / BABTAC or similar accredited
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and experienced in spa software management (CHI Desk advantageous).
- Confident command of the English Language
- Cruise Ship employment experience beneficial
- a MINIMUM of 3 years industry experience of which at least 1 year must be in a supervisory/ managerial role
- Exceptionally groomed and highly presentable
- Knowledge of all trending spa services
- Confident and competent to perform all face & body treatments and home-care recommendations.
- Additional holistic practices, such as Yoga, Pilates, Meditative Breathwork advantageous.
