Job Summary Introduction Our client in the FMCG industry is seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator to come join their team. You will be responsible for various tasks related to new product development, production planning, cash flow management, master data maintenance, shelf-life management, reporting, and supplier invoice management. Duties & Responsibilities New Product Development (NPD)/PLM's Weekly NPD and marketing meetings. Review finished goods run-out and NTM availability. Analyse potential write-offs and update reports monthly. Generate MEMOs for W/O. Production Planning Weekly meetings to address capacity issues. Review SOH, in transit, and shipping reports. Manage New Product Line and create purchase orders. Cash Flow Weekly cash flow updates using production planning. Conduct bond clearance analysis twice monthly. Master Data Monthly maintenance of master data. Request and maintain pricing for new SKUs. Shelf-Life Management Review SAP shelf-life report. Request samples for quality approvals. Communicate extensions or potential write-offs. Reporting/Supplier Invoices Generate monthly marketing and inventory reports. Manage framework orders and process GRNs. Desired Experience & Qualification Degree in business, supply chain or currently studying in this field. 3-5 years' experience in Logistics in an FMCG environment English, SAP, Advanced Microsoft Excel, WordPerformer Recruitment and ConsultingRecruiter
