Job Summary Qualifications: Matric Certificate Maritime Certifications a strong advantage Very proficient in MS Word and Excel 1-2 years of invoicing and accounting experience. Previous Work in the logistics industry would be advantageous Admin orientated Must be good with numbers and a fast learner Team player Attention to detail Good communication skills Key Responsibilities: Data Capturing Invoicing and scanning PODs to the customer. Communication, tracking, and liaising with customers Tying up PODs to the invoices and closing off ship files.
