Job Summary Job Summary: As a Logistics Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking shipments, updating clients on shipment status, and ensuring compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements. If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for logistics, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: - Track and record shipments, including updating clients on truck status - Provide real-time information on truck locations and cargo status - Coordinate with transportation providers to resolve any logistical issues - Assist with documentation and regulatory compliance, including applying for necessary permits and inspections - Maintain accurate records and reports, including shipment tracking, inventory management, and compliance documentation - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations Requirements: - Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field - Preferably a recent graduate - Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation management - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Ability to compile and analyse reports and data - Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain field(preferred not required)
