Join our team as a Logistics Coordinator in a thriving brokerage firm specializing in domestic logistics solutions. We facilitate port-to-port transportation, both refrigerated and non-refrigerated, acting as a vital intermediary in the logistics chain.The RoleKey Responsibilities:

• Book and manage freight loads, ensuring efficient scheduling and transportation.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and clients, sending necessary documentation such as Bills of Lading and confirming delivery schedules.
• Enter and manage logistics data in our system, maintaining accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Provide quotes and tracking information to clients, focusing on prompt and reliable customer service.
• Handle basic customer service inquiries and resolve issues related to shipments.
• Ideally, manage appointments and deliveries specifically related to Amazon, leveraging any existing knowledge of Amazonxe2x80x99s logistics software and processes.

Ideal ProfileQualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics and transportation, particularly within the domestic (U.S.) market.
• Strong familiarity with the logistics needs of major clients like Amazon, including appointment scheduling and delivery management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing customer relations.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new software systems; prior knowledge of Amazon logistics software is preferred but not required.
• A proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think critically under pressure.
