Logistics Operations Assistant/controller

Job Description
As a Logistics Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Overseeing all aspects of the supply chain from loading trucks to shipping, ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products from the supplier to the port of loading.
- Managing orders and coordinating stock, ensuring the company has everything required for the movement of raw materials.
- Arranging sampling at the mines.
- Liaising with mines, logistics companies, and head office to coordinate transportation.
- Related administration tasks.
There may be travel into countries such as DRC, Tanzania, and Zambia and occasionally travel to KZN may be required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of logistics experience.
- Logistics qualification would be an advantage.
- Must be able and willing to travel to neighboring countries.
