Job Description
Main purpose of the position:Increase the profitability of the XXXX Group and limit risks through the effective planning and structuring of lucerne transactions.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12;Afrikaans - native language a MUSTDegree or Diploma in Marketing an advantage;1-2 yearsxe2x80x99 previous experience within a lucerne and marketing environment;Valid drivers license.Skills:Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;Computer literate (MS Office);Excellent interpersonal skills;Excellent marketing skills;Excellent negotiation skills;Must be able to cope under pressure;Excellent conflict handling skills;Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Responsibilities:Marketing and administration of lucerne and alternative crops against set budget and objectives;Negotiate prices and achieve margin targetInnovative marketing and marketing development.
