With a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and community development, you will be part of a team that makes a significant impact in these areas.This role is office based in Claremont, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and we're looking for someone who's happy to take the odd call after hours for emergencies.What you'll needYou'll need a Matric Certificate with at least 3 years of experience managing a team in a high end establishment in a reservations, hospitality, or travel environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team are essential. You need to be highly organised with a keen eye for detail. A deep understanding of reservation systems, revenue management, and high end customer service is crucial. You'll also need to be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit.What youll getA market related salary which includes a provident fund, disability, funeral and life cover. A bonus is after 1 year's employment.
