This role presents a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional service in a high-end private residence.Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 5-star luxury villa, ensuring impeccable service at all times.
- Utilize at least 3 years of experience in luxury villa or yacht management to maintain the villa's high standards.
- Possess in-depth food and beverage knowledge, including wine expertise and cellar management.
- Display dynamic leadership skills by managing a team effectively and fostering a positive working environment.
- Maintain flexibility regarding leave and days off to accommodate the needs of the villa.
- Demonstrate proficiency in housekeeping, administration, and excellent communication skills.
- Accommodation consists of a flatlet attached to the house with 2 en-suite bedrooms/bathrooms.
- Confidentiality regarding the villa's ownership is paramount and will be discussed during the interview process.
