Job Description
SUMMARY:
I am looking for a driven and analytical M&A Associate with 5-7 years experience in Corporate Finance.POSITION INFO:
This individual will play a key role in supporting mergers and acquisitions activities, from market analysis and deal sourcing to financial modeling and transaction execution. With a strong background in statistics, , or IT, the ideal candidate will bring a unique perspective to the team, aiding in data-driven decision-making and strategic growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth industry research, market assessments, and competitive analyses
- Support deal origination and assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing M&A transactions
- Develop and review financial models, including cash flow projections, valuations, and sensitivity analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights to support business decisions
- Prepare comprehensive investment proposals, presentations, and due diligence documentation
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulatory developments affecting transactions
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally within M&A, Corporate

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and valuation methodologies
