Job Description

Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Machine Operator specializing in Krauss Maffei Machines to join a well-established manufacturing company in KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the machine operates efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Krauss Maffei machinery in adherence to production specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
• Conduct regular machine maintenance and inspections to prevent downtime.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Document production logs, including machine performance, material usage, and any anomalies.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform quality checks on products at different stages of production.
• Ensure that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Report any quality issues to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of plastic moulding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM)
• Experience working on Krauss Maffei machine is essential
• Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques
• Basic applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and/or electronic systems
• Diploma in electrical or mechanical studies
• Matric xe2x80x93 Grade 12
• 2-3 Yearsxe2x80x99 experience in plastics manufacturing environment
