THE TASK
You will be responsible for :-
-    Acting as the primary point of contact to clients for their enquiries, and other service-related issues.
-    Working closely with internal stakeholders.
-    Supporting the daily operations for loans servicing by ensuring all requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner, in line with internal service standards.
-    Reviewing credit documents and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete as per the internal policy and guidelines.
-    Monitoring of qualified clients and tackle by building a close rapport and relationship.
-    Ensuring collateral valuation, monitoring and reconciliation with original documents.
-    Seeking out new clients, stakeholders or agents to offer our services too.

THE CANDIDATE
-    You have at least 3 years experience working in Financial Services, or any experience in sales.
-    You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
-   You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
-    You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
