MAINTENANCE PLANNER

  • MUST have B-Tech/N.Dip - MECHANICAL or ELECTRICAL
  • Recognised Trade
  • MINIMUM 3 Years' experience within MAINTENANCE
xc3x82 xc3x82 PLANNING environment
  • FMCG/Pulp & Paper OR Manufacturing Industry experience
  • Computer Literate - (ERP/MRO/CMMS/MS
xc3x82 xc3x82 Office)
  • CMMS experience
  • Improvement experience eg (WCM/Lean/Six
xc3x82 xc3x82 Sigma)
  • Ensure:
xc3x82 xc3x82 Scheduling, Co-ordination & Resourcing of Maintenance
xc3x82 xc3x82 activities to achieve Maximum Production and Asset efficiency
  • Accountable for the effective operation of the CMMS & MRO
xc3x82 xc3x82 Systems:
xc3x82 xc3x82 Administers, Manage, Configure & Control ALL Asset
xc3x82 xc3x82 Management Data in the CMMS
  • Weekly KPI's
  • Supervise All Engineering Storesxc3x82
  • Organising/Planning of ALL SHUTDOWNS
  • Clean Criminal & Credit record - will be verified
