• Experience: 4 years post-graduation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferable: 4 years of hydrocarbon or chemical processing plant experience.

POSITION INFO:
Roles and responsibilities:

• Appointed as the GMR2.1 in terms of OHSA
• Operated machinery processes in optimal state resulting in minimum downtime, cost effectiveness and compliance with legal requirements
• Reliability centred maintenance program experience
• Employee management, including disciplinary hearings, experience
• Report writing abilities
• Knowledge of the various inspections registers and scheduling of statutory testing
• Environmental management system [EMS] experience
• Administration. E.g., Filing, purchasing of consumables
