Job Description
Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Foreman to join their team in Koedoeskop, Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, as well as excellent leadership and organisational skills.Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including mechanics, electricians, and plumbers
- Create and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and facilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and facilities as needed
- Order and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor maintenance staff
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
- Salary: Negotiable
