Job Summary Job Title: Maintenance ForemanHire Resolves client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Foreman to join their team in Koedoeskop, Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, as well as excellent leadership and organisational skills.Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including mechanics, electricians, and plumbers
• Create and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and facilities
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and facilities as needed
• Order and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Train and mentor maintenance staff
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
