Maintenance General Worker
Job Description
Candidate Key Performance OutputsPerform general maintenance repairs which include but are not limited to:
painting and brick work.
plumbing repairs such as replacing washers, replacing cartridges, unblock drains, repairing or replacing the inner workings of the cistern.
Perform scheduled garden maintenance keeping the property in tip top shape.
Taking inventory and stock of all equipment, power tools and building materials.
Perform other duties, as and when so requested, in support of team goals.Candidate Requirements/ExperienceGrade 10.
Sound general handyman and building maintenance knowledge
Proven passion for gardening and property upkeep
3 + years of Facility/Property maintenance experience
