Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of maintenance and project management at our game lodge. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of all lodge buildings, public areas, and facilities. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a background in general building maintenance within the hospitality industry.POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance and repairs to all buildings.
• Upkeep repairs of all public areas.
• General maintenance on Electrical, plumbing, appliance and tool and equipment.
• Plan, propose, manage all projects as and when required including collaboration with projects with outside contractors.
• Ensure quality control of a maintenance and projects.
• Prepare, submit annual and ad hoc budgets for operations and projects.
• Negotiate favorable wholesale prices with suppliers.
• Fleet Management of company vehicles.
• Ensure effective staff management within the guidelines of the company policies and legislative requirements.
• Exceptional report writing skill.
• Weekly and Monthly reports
• Control and manage stock levels and reports

Requirements:

• Candidate must have strong Leadership, Administration, Project
• Management and General Building Maintenance within the

industry with experience of at least 5 to 10 years. * Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills.

• Project Management is essential.
• MS Office (Excel & Stock system) is essential.
• Valid RSA ID is required.
• Valid Driverxe2x80x99s License and PDP is required.
