Job Description


Job Summary Responsibilities:

  • General Maintenance and repairs to all buildings.
  • Upkeep repairs of all public areas.
  • General maintenance on Electrical, plumbing, appliance and tool and equipment.
  • Plan, propose, manage all projects as and when required including collaboration with projects with outside contractors.
  • Ensure quality control of a maintenance and projects.
  • Prepare, submit annual and ad hoc budgets for operations and projects.
  • Negotiate favorable wholesale prices with suppliers.
  • Fleet Management of company vehicles.
  • Ensure effective staff management within the guidelines of the company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Exceptional report writing skill.
  • Weekly and Monthly reports
  • Control and manage stock levels and reports
Requirements:
  • Candidate must have strong Leadership, Administration, Project
  • Management and General Building Maintenance within the hospitality industry with experience of at least 5 to 10 years.
  • Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills.
  • Project Management is essential.
  • MS Office (Excel & Stock system) is essential.
  • Valid RSA ID is required.
  • Valid Drivers License and PDP is required.
