Maintenance Manager, Bottling Industry, East London

Job Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Degree (3 years) / NQF 4 essential with electrical qualification & PHLC certification
- Heavy current certificate and GCC or studying towards
- 8 years experience (supervisory): FMCG / bottling equipment essential
- Good MS Office literacy including SAP
- Please note that the bottling industry experience is a non-negotiable requirement
- Manage project and infrastructure maintenance
- Ensure equipment and safety standards are maintained
- Manage maintenance requests and participate in operational planning and budgeting processes
- Drive continuous improvement and control costs
- Adherence to the health, safety, food and environmental standards - visitor/contractor policy; code of practice; handwash procedure; physical contamination policy; SHE policy; first aid policy
- Enforce GMPs and be vigilant of food defense and food fraud risks
- Maintain high level of housekeeping
- Continuous improvement and project management
