MAINTENANCE MANAGER (DAIRY INDUSTRY) - KZNFull job descriptionRedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced MAINTENANCE MANAGER (DAIRY INDUSTRY) for a well-established concern, position based in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands area.Grade 12.Relevant tertiary qualification / trade.5+ years in a similar role and industry.Good understanding of mechanical concepts - pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, UHT systems, boilers, generators, etc.Strong project management skills.Implementing and managing maintenance strategies across our factory.Leading and managing the maintenance teamxe2x80x99s task load, performance, and work quality.Working closely with the Production Manager to ensure manufacturing KPIxe2x80x99s are achieved.Strict stock management of critical spares, as well as manage the control standards of the workshop equipment.Implementation and planning of preventative maintenance schedules.Manage and accountable to annual repairs and maintenance budget.Willingness to work long hours on adhoc basis.Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.Strong analytical problem-solving ability.: - To be discussedPLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE / ONLY SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED.IMPORTANTPLEASE APPLY FOR THIS POSITION VIA OUR WEBSITE (WWW.REDCATRECRUITMENT.CO.ZA)Job Type: Full-time
