Our Client in the Oil/Gas/Petroleum Industry is seeking a suitable Maintenance ManagerRequirements:xc3x82

• xc3x82 South African citizen
• xc3x82 Degree (Mechanical Engineering)
• xc3x82 5 years post-graduation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years oil processing plant experience in a supervisory role

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities:xc3x82

• Focus on delivering results and achieving business outcomes.
• Uphold the requirements of the GMR2.1 as the designated person.
• Promotes cooperation, manage, coach, and develop a high performing maintenance team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
• Provide technical expertise to the team.
• Perform root cause analysis on equipment failure and apply reliability centered maintenance (RCM) techniques to resolve problems.
• Ensure full preventative maintenance is carried, plan in missed activities and lead the team to deliver effectively as per CMMS.
• Manage machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with production management.xc3x82
