Job Description
Required Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Implement & manage maintenance strategies across the clientxe2x80x99s factory.
- Lead & manage the maintenance teamxe2x80x99s performance, task load & work quality.
- Working closely with the Production Manager, ensuring manufacturing KPIxe2x80x99s are achieved.
- Strict stock management of critical spares & managing the control standards of the workshop equipment.
- Implementation & planning of preventative maintenance schedules.
- Manage and accountable to annual repairs and maintenance budget.
- Good understanding of mechanical concepts: Hydraulics, UHT Systems, Pneumatics, Pumps, Boilers, Generators, etc.
- Unquestionable integrity.
- High energy.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability.
