Effectively manage the complex maintenance function and ensure that all works are carried out and completed in a timeous manner as per the company standardsThorough understanding of solar systems and required maintenanceImpress customers with prompt, courteous and accurate serviceEfficiently order and control machine parts and spares & carry out regular supplier reviews to drive quality service across the businessInvestigate and keep up to date with new products and technology which can assist the company to reduce costsEnsure employees, buildings and equipment meet the relevant safety requirements in terms of the OHS Act and any other relevant regulationsQuickly analyse and solve maintenance problems, perform troubleshooting & effect root cause analysis to permanently resolve maintenance related issuesKeep relevant and up-to-date records of all maintenance documentationWork as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.Matric (NQF 4), good practical management skills, a proven customer service focus, energy and drive to get the job done, and at least five yearsxe2x80x99 experience in maintenance.
Must come from a Maintenance and Facilities background
Solar experience is a must
