Job Description

Our client is looking for a Maintenance Manager to report to the Operations Manager. This role involves managing and implementing maintenance systems, processes, and monitoring activities for the upkeep and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities. The successful candidate will efficiently carry out assigned tasks to professionally manage and maintain the facilitys Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation (M, E & I) equipment, ensuring the company meets its contractual obligations.Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical/electrical engineer
• Minimum of 5 years experience in plant E,M & I equipment maintenance
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a GES.
• GCC Certificate will be an advantage
• Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Knowledge on SAP maintenance will be advantage.
• Understanding and implementation of Function Location Codes (FLC)

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation, application and adherence to the Maintenance Information System (SAP)
• Manage the maintenance processes to ensure the optimal equipment availability and functioning of production processes.
• Guide and assist compilation of internal and external maintenance reports and attend client meetings where required
• Develop and maintenance of operational and strategic maintenance reports.
• Facilitate the implementation of the Company Asset Management Policy, Strategy and Objectives.
• Ensure that preventative maintenance and spares systems are developed, implemented & maintained.
• Advice on breakdowns and corrective maintenance to ensure minimal down time and improved reliability.
• Conduct root cause analyses, audits and compile action plans
